PHOENIX — A man's body was found floating in a body of water at Steele Indian School Park, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
According to Todd Keller, a public information officer for the Phoenix Fire Department, a caller reported that a body was floating in the water and contacted officials Thursday morning.
The man was reported dead at the scene. The body had been in the water for a significant amount of time, according to fire officials.
The Phoenix Police Department will take over the investigation.
Police say there does not appear to be any sign of foul play. Police say it appears to be an adult male, but his identity hasn't been released.
