A light rail train collided with a car Saturday night near Interstate 10 and Jefferson in downtown Phoenix.
Phoenix firefighters tell ABC15, a compact car headed south on I-10 ran a red light and hit the train.
Officials said three people, all from the train, were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the accident is under investigation. Impairment does not appear to be a factor at this time.
The southbound I-10 frontage road was closed between Washington and Jefferson while crews worked to clear the scene.
