Good news for coffee lovers -- Dutch Bros is opening another stand in Phoenix.
On Saturday, Dutch Bros is opening its 16th location in the valley off 32nd Street and Indian School Road.
Dutch Bros started with a coffee pushcart back in the 90's in Oregon and it has now grown into a multi-million dollar franchise!
General Manager Josh Hayes says it's all about keeping the Dutch Bros culture the same across the board. To make sure that happens, only current employees can open a stand.
“We require three years of employment with one year one manager experience,” said Hayes. “The reason we choose to grown organically is because it really puts perspective in the franchise owner’s eyes of what can be done and they can take those – as we call golden nuggets – and put the in the next community they open in.”
Dutch Bros will offer free drinks all day Saturday at the new location.
