The driver of a reported stolen vehicle is in custody after a chase in Phoenix.
Phoenix police says the slow-speed chase ended after 2:00 a.m. at 44th Street and Camelback Road.
According to police, the driver may have been intoxicated and did not realize police were trying to pull him over.
The stop sticks were deployed and a driver and passenger were taken into custody.
No other information is known.
