Officials are investigating yet another wrong-way crash in Phoenix.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, a single vehicle was headed in the wrong direction along the I-17 access road near Glendale Avenue. The vehicle then reportedly hit a wall, causing unknown injuries to the driver.
