Part of "The Stack" that was closed during Thursday's morning rush hour for a police investigation has reopened.
The ramp from eastbound Interstate 10 to northbound Interstate 17 was closed, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Authorities say one person has been taken to the hospital.

The ramp reopened around 8:30 a.m., but some backups remain in the area.
