The Phoenix Police Department and Arizona Department of Public Safety are investigating after following a vehicle related to a possible armed robbery.
Phoenix police said the armed robbery or theft happened in the north Phoenix area. The vehicle was stopped in south Phoenix around 7th and Southern avenues.
DPS was assisting police with the incident.
