Trump, at a rally in Salt Lake City Friday night, questioned whether his outspoken critic and former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney is an actual Mormon.

"Are you sure he's a Mormon?  Are we sure?" Trump asked the crowd, after he said that Romney "choked" in his 2012 loss to President Obama.

Trump's visit is part of a busy political weekend in the Valley.

His GOP rival Sen. Ted Cruz held a rally in Phoenix Friday night.

Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders has a 5 p.m. rally set for Saturday at the Arizona State Fairgrounds.

Hillary Clinton will hold a rally at Carl Hayden Community High School, 3333 W. Roosevelt St. in Phoenix, and Monday at 3:30 p.m.
