If you're looking to add a new best furry friend to your family, this weekend may be the perfect time to do it!
Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters event is happening across the country and some Arizona shelters are participating, too.
More than 80 shelters around the country will be offering $20 pet adoptions on Saturday, December 1.
Arizona Humane Society, Arizona Animal Welfare League and SPCA, and Maricopa County Animal Care and Control are taking part locally.
The offer is valid for cats and dogs.
