Authorities san an Arizona man has died after a rollover accident near Bluff in southeastern Utah.
Utah Highway Patrol officials say 44-year-old Danel Atene of Kayenta wasn't wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the car Saturday night on State Route 191.
Investigators believe the vehicle drifted off the side of the road and Atene overcorrected.
They say the car rolled several times, Atene was ejected and died at the scene about six miles north of Bluff.
A 45-year-old woman who was a front-seat passenger and a 7-year-old girl riding in the back seat both were taken to hospitals with injuries.
Both were wearing seat belts and expected to recover.
Authorities say Atene may have been speeding and under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
