Lottery Director resigns after 'recent issues'

The Arizona Lottery director stepped down on Wednesday night.

A spokesperson for Gov. Doug Ducey said, Tony Bouie resigned after agreeing some “recent issues” would be a distraction.

The spokesperson said, "in the best interests of the state, Director Bouie has stepped down."
