35th Avenue has reopened, with restrictions, at Van Buren Street after a sinkhole opened up in the intersection on Thursday.
Van Buren Street remains closed in both directions in the area.
A water main break caused the sinkhole, which left a city bus stranded with two of its tires still inside the muddy hole for several hours. Nobody was injured in the incident.
Restrictions on 35th Avenue and the Van Buren Street closure are expected to be fully lifted by Tuesday evening.
