Redfin and Opendoor, two tech-powered real estate giants, announced today that they are partnering to give home sellers more choices.
The partnership will allow homeowners to list with a Redfin agent and receive an instant offer from Opendoor based on what the home will likely be worth on the market.
The homeowner can either take Opendoor’s offer, and skip the listing process, or work with their full-service Redfin agent to list it on the open market.
The latter comes with a 1.5 percent listing fee.
