Phoenix police say they’ve arrested a 17-year-old who has admitted to exposing himself to at least two women along the Bridle Path trail.

One of the two women spoke to ABC15 on September 12, warning the public of what happened to her along the trail near Central and Northern avenues while she was out jogging early in the morning.

That victim, who didn’t want to release her name, said she was running when the teen approached her in his vehicle and had his pants down touching himself. He tried to talk to her, allegedly offering to pay for sex, and then drove away.

The Phoenix Police Department said during June and August, a man would approach female joggers, expose himself and then proceed to touch himself in an inappropriate fashion. Witnesses in the area also told police they saw the suspect frequent the area, which was suspicious.

The suspect’s identity has not yet been released as he is underage. he was detained and charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of public sexual indecency.

Police do not believe there are any outstanding subjects related to these incidents.
