Police surrounded an Ahwatukee home after a subject failed to stop for officers on Tuesday morning.
According to Tempe police, officers attempted to stop a vehicle earlier in the morning but were unsuccessful.
The subject, who police believe has outstanding felony warrants, drove to a home near 40th Street and Chandler Boulevard.
Two kids were in the home during the incident, but police say they were let go safely.
Hours later, the suspect surrendered peacefully.
