Neighbors in Ahwatukee are glad to see an arrest after months of watching their stuff disappear.

From power tools to golf clubs, police say he would enter open garages looking for a quick snatch and grab of sporting goods.
Police were able to finally catch him when he tried to sell some of the stolen golf clubs at a Play It Again Sports store.
In the end, police found several thousand dollars worth of stolen items.
