The J. Levine Auction House in Scottsdale is almost one week away from putting up a incredibly rare and high-ticket item on the auction block.

Jackson Pollack painting is being auctioned off by J. Levine after it was found in a Sun City home nearly a year and a half ago. He has spent all that time doing research and hiring a forensic expert to decipher if it is an original Pollock piece of artwork. After their analysis, they believe it is and they estimate it to be worth $10 to $15 million.

Can you find hidden treasures in your own home? Rowlan Hill with Blue Leaf Estate Auctions says you can.

If you call the company, you most likely are in the business of clearing out your entire home, or the home of a loved one who has recently passed away. But, Hill's job is not exactly what some clients think.

"I kid you not, he [a client] called us he said, 'Bring the dumpsters,'" Hill said. "He thought we were a cleaning service!"

Instead, Hill is hired to find the diamonds in the rough, so to speak. He says he often surprises his clients with what he finds inside their own homes.

"We went through; we started looking at everything," Hill explained."We start pulling things out and we start pulling out these coins and more coins and gold coins and silver coins and coins and coins! And we did his auction and he was like, 'Wow!' He had no idea."

Hill cautions everyone: Do not throw anything away. Imagine if that Sun City homeowner had tossed that possible Pollock?

"We hear about it every once in a while," Hill said about the painting. "But, we don't hear about it a lot."

And for Hill, he would love to find a Pollock-like painting himself. But, it is really the history that keeps him coming back.

"This is personal," Hill said. "You are working with someone's life and you're seeing someone's whole life in front of you."

The auction will take place on June 20 in Scottsdale
