Scottsdale police have identified the man accused of hitting three vehicles yesterday.
Police said 37-year-old Cesar Zacarias was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run charges in connection with the incident near Thomas Road and 64th Street.
Police said Zacarias ran a red light, hitting one vehicle, before hitting two more parked in a lot in front of an Army Recruiting Center.
No injuries were reported, according to Scottsdale police.
