The Scottsdale Fire Department rescued a man trapped after a roof collapse.
The incident happened Monday afternoon around 4 p.m.
Fire officials say a demolition was happening at the site near Scottsdale Road and Greenway Hayden Loop when the roof collapsed.
The man trapped was reportedly taken to the hospital in stable condition after he was rescued.
