Scottsdale police have arrested three men allegedly involved in a string of burglaries in Scottsdale, Phoenix and Glendale.

Police said five homes and two vehicles were burglarized between April 2015 and January 2016. Three of the five burglaries happened in Scottsdale.

The suspects--identified as Quinn Everett O'Neill, 40, Andrew Ray Ayres, 34, and Christopher Ryan Forbes-Watkins, 27--allegedly took $36,594 in jewelry, electronics, cash, and credit cards, among other items

The trio would use the credit cards at various stores and gas stations, said police.

All three have been charged with five counts of second-degree burglary, five counts of identity theft, and five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Police credited tips from the public and astory ABC15 aired in December for helping to identify the suspects. ABC15's story showed two men caught on surveillance video stealing Christmas packages off someone's porch in Litchfield Park.

O'Neill and Ayres were arrested on Jan. 26, 2016. Forbes was arrested on Feb. 9.
