SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A 31-year-old man has been arrested after being caught on video allegedly driving at 119MPH in Scottsdale earlier this month.

Scottsdale police said on January 4 just before 2 a.m., a photo enforcement unit identified a Toyota Celica that was criminally speeding on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard at 119 MPH in an area where the speed limit is 45 MPH.

Authorities identified the driver as 31-year-old Dustin Allen, of Scottsdale.

On Wednesday, detectives tracked down Allen and arrested him for excessive speed and reckless driving.
