SCOTTSDALE — Developers of a Caesars Entertainment Corp.hotel being proposed in Scottsdale have filed updated plans with the city’s development review board.
That means the hotel’s developer – Branson, Missouri-based HCW Development LLC – is a step closer to starting construction on the project.
The project, which was unveiled back in January, is expected to be completed in 2021 at the intersection of Goldwater Boulevard and Highland Avenue.
The 11-story, luxury hotel will be known as the Caesars Republic Scottsdale and will feature 266 rooms, a pool and bar on the seventh floor, water and fire features near the ground-floor restaurant and patio, and a 7,000-square-foot ballroom that leads into a large event lawn.
