Firefighters from several departments responded to a house fire in Paradise Valley Sunday.
Crews were on the scene near 68th Street and Mockingbird Lane.

A Phoenix Fire Department spokesperson said crews took a defensive position because half of the home's roof collapsed.
Crews used ladder pipes to get water inside the large home.
All of those inside were able to make it out safely.
Paradise Valley police said the roads around the scene reopened around 10:30 p.m.
