University of Arizona Police say they've arrested a suspect in the sexual abuse of a student.

Police say 38-year-old Djamel Benslimane is being held in Pima County Jail on charges of sexual abuse after his victim, a university student, identified him.

The student told police Benslimane attacked her while she walked along Speedway Boulevard and Cherry Avenue just off campus on Monday. She was able to push him away and was uninjured.

Police created a composite sketch of the suspect and a patrol officer spotted a man matching the description. The student also identified him.

Benslimane was arrested on Tuesday and is being held on a $15,000 bond. He is not a university student.
