A school security guard in Southern Arizona was found not guilty after being accused of kissing a female student.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department said detectives in November 2013 learned that then-71-year-old Eric Oswald and the student, 15 at the time, developed a relationship at Cienega High School over a period of several months.

Oswald was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

In December 2014, jurors found Oswald not guilty and charges against him were dropped.
