A 58-year-old Gold Canyon man convicted of a dangerous crime against children was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday.
According to officials, in 2013, a woman called authorities and a crisis hotline after learning about inappropriate conduct between Reginald Prashaw and her teenage daughter. Pinal County Sheriff's Officials discovered that the victim had been reportedly molested since she was 5 years old.
In July, Prashaw was convicted of five felony counts of sexual conduct with a minor and two felony counts of sexual abuse with a minor.
Reginald Prashaw will be spending life plus 85 years behind bars.
