A man is in custody in connection with a bank robbery in Casa Grande Wednesday evening.
Casa Grande Police say 29-year-old Michael Schraeder is accused of robbing the Great Western Bank on Florence Boulevard around 6 p.m.
According to officials, Schraeder led officers on a brief foot pursuit before being taken into custody.

During the incident, the suspect is accused of attempting to carjack two people but was unsuccessful.
No additional information was immediately available and it's unknown how much cash was taken from the bank.
