We've all met picky eaters but this guy took the phrase "special order" to a new level.

Twitter user @coL_Merchant, a man from Cambridge, England, claims he ordered an extremely customized cheeseburger at McDonald's that resulted in spending 0.99 British pounds ($1.21) for a slice of cheese.

According to a tweet this week—with pictures to back up his story—@coL_Merchant said he ordered a cheeseburger with no beef patty, no bun, no pickles, no mustard, no ketchup and no onion. He ended up with a lone piece of cheese placed inside a McDonald's hamburger box.

He didn't appear to be angry about his result, simply stating, "Not sure what I expected."

His post was retweeted more than 24,000 times and liked more than 37,000 times since March 13, as of Thursday morning.

At least one commenter pointed out that that he got exactly what he ordered.
