The Jupiter Police Department in Florida has released dash cam video of Tiger Woods as he was arrested for suspected DUI earlier this week.

Woods passed a breathalyzer test, according to police, when he was arrested early Monday morning.

However, the golfer failed the field sobriety test and admitted to taking prescription medications.

Police say Tiger Woods was asleep at the wheel when officers spotted his car stopped along a Florida road.

An affidavit released Tuesday said Woods was alone and wearing his seat belt when Jupiter Police officers found his Mercedes early Monday in the right lane. The car's engine was running and its lights were on.

The report says officers woke Woods, who had "extremely slow and slurred speech" and told them he took several prescriptions.

While he had no alcohol in his system, Woods said he was on several prescription drugs including Vicodin during his arrest.

Woods later issued a statement apologizing and said there was an unexpected reaction to the medications he was taking.
