595 Arizonans eligible for Las Vegas mass shooting help

Hundreds of Arizona survivors of the 2017 Las Vegas massshooting are being encouraged to apply for financial help resulting from the tragedy. 

According to Nevada officials, 595 Arizonans bought tickets to the Route 91 Harvest Festival in 2017. The Arizona Attorney General’s Office said 82 people from Arizona have applied for victim’s benefits with the Nevada Victims of Crime Program.

Funds from the program could help survivors with medical bills and counseling.
