Walmart, NatureMade and Bank of America: Settlements and money for you

Lawsuits against some big name companies could put money in your pocket:

It was touted as rebuilding, renewing, and rejuvenating for your cartilage.

But a class action lawsuit claims that certain Naturemade, Tripleflex, and Glucosamine supplements didn't do that.

If you bought some of the two dozen products between May of 2007 and June of 2017, you could get up to $100 in cash.

The deadline to file a claim is Monday, November 13, 2017.

The company denies any wrongdoing.

If you had a 'Green Dot' prepaid debit card or Walmart money card, and couldn't get access from May 15 - May 22nd in 2016, you could be due some money.

Allegations were brought up that technical problems kept people from accessing their funds.

The settlement means you could receive up to $750 if you can prove this caused personal harm.

The deadline to file a claim is December 2, 2017.

The businesses claimed no wrongdoing.

There's more trouble for credit bureaus. A lawsuit alleges Experian, Equifax, and Transunion reported debts as being owed, when they should have been included in a bankruptcy.  

It effected accounts between 2002 and 2009.

You could get $20 or up to $750 if you can prove harm.

The deadline to file is Monday, November 13th, 2017.

The company claims no wrongdoing.

Bank of America was sued over allegations it pulled credit reports on people who were no longer customers.

If true, that would violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

The settlement payout will vary, but if your report was pulled between 2010 and 2017 and you were no longer a customer, check it out.

The deadline to file a claim is Tuesday, November 14th, 2017.

The business admitted no wrongdoing.
