An unlicensed contractor accused of bilking Valley homeowners out of thousands of dollars has been arrested again, according to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

John Parks, 25, of Gilbert, was first arrested in June 2015. At the time, he was listed as one of the AZROC Most Wanted and was caught during a sting operation that targeted unlicensed contractors throughout the state.

Parks was indicted for fraudulent schemes and contracting without a license after being accused of charging an 85-year-old woman $26,500 for roof repairs. AZROC investigators valued the actual repairs performed at less than $200.

Parks was released from jail on bond earlier this year. Since his release, the AZROC says three additional victims have come forward, accusing Parks of also taking $59,000 from them. The results of the latest investigation resulted in Parks' most recent arrest.

The newest indictment alleges six counts: three counts of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices and three counts of Theft. Parks is currently being held without bond.
