SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A man is arrested after exposing himself during an altercation in a Scottsdale Fry's parking lot.

Scottsdale police report that on March 23 they responded to the Fry's Grocery Store near Hayden and McDowell roads.

Witnesses reportedly told police that a man, later identified as 61-year-old Kiel Alexander Nims, drove the wrong way down a parking lane.

When another car got too close, Nims reportedly honked his horn for "an excessive amount of time."

When a woman confronted him about this, Nims allegedly cursed at the woman and pulled his pants down, exposing himself.

Two women and a 4-year-old child witnessed Nims' actions, according to police.

Nims denied exposing himself. However, police say he has three prior exposure arrests with one case, also in Scottsdale, still pending.

Nims has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure.
