Police: Phoenix woman arrested in car ramming road rage incident

A woman has allegedly admitted to police that she rammed a car that cut her off in traffic.

Phoenix police report that on March 22, 54-year-old Starr Abounader intentionally rammed a car with two people inside.

The incident happened around noon near 16th Street and Missouri Avenue. Police say when the driver of the car hit by Abounader got out to make contact with her, she rammed his car again.

When police spoke with Abounader, she allegedly told police, "She had a road rage incident and intentionally rammed a car that cut her off."

Abounader has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
