A Phoenix woman is facing assault and endangerment charges after she into traffic with her young son Monday afternoon.
Phoenix police say 30-year-old Patricia Jean Krzywicki, got into an argument with her husband while they were driving. When he stopped at 44th Street and McDowell Road, Krzywicki jumped out of the car, removed her son from his car seat and ran through the heavy traffic.
Her husband attempted to pull her back into the vehicle, but Krzywicki reportedly punched and scratched him.
Upon her arrest, Krzywicki allegedly admitted to drinking and had a half pint of vodka in her purse.
