Police: Mesa home caregiver takes thousands of dollars of jewelry from clients

Court records show that on nine different occasions a Mesa couple took thousands of dollars in jewelry from people who were in their care.

Police report that 28-year-old Kendra Leann Coultas was working as a home caregiver for people in Mesa when she reported to police that she and her boyfriend, 31-year-old Joshua Clark stole jewelry from two different clients multiple times since October 31st.

She reportedly told police that they received over $1,400 for the jewelry they stole and sold. One victim reportedly told police that value of the jewelry stolen was over $13,000.

Coultas also allegedly admitted to stealing jewelry from another Mesa resident who was a client.

They have both been charged with theft and trafficking of stolen property.
