PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a homicide that occurred near 11th Avenue and Bell Road on August 22.
According to Phoenix police, they responded to the area around 8 p.m. on Thursday to find a 47-year-old man deceased in an apartment.
The identity of the deceased is unknown at this time, and police are actively searching for a suspect.
