In a bizarre story, a Phoenix woman stole from her ex-boyfriend then sent him pictures of the items she took.

Court records show that Danielle Nichole Almanza went to Tempe to steal items from her ex-boyfriend, because he wouldn't answer her calls.

Police say the 27-year-old went to her ex-boyfriend's home in Tempe near Mill Avenue and Broadway Road, where she entered through an unlocked back door.

Almanza reportedly stole the victim's iPhone, iPad and two firearms before sending him a photo of the stolen items. When he returned home, he found that the items were indeed missing from his house.

Police say the victim contacted them about the incident and officers got Almanza to return to the victim's home and return the stolen items.

When police asked her why she went over to his home, Almanza reportedly told police, "He wouldn't answer my calls."

Almanza admitted to police that she entered the house and took the items.

She is facing burglary and theft charges.
