A man reportedly violated an order of protection and sexually assaulted a woman in her home last week.
Phoenix Police report that Wednesday afternoon they arrested 21-year-old Abdul Hamid Gheyasi at his home near 35th and Northern avenues.
The man was served with an order of protection last November and violated it last week when he allegedly entered the woman's window and sexually assaulted her.
The woman reportedly woke to find herself being attacked by Gheyasi. She then threw him out of the home.
Gheyasi is being held without bond on sex assault and burglary charges.
