A man was arrested after standing in the middle of the street and pointing a loaded rifle at neighborhood children.
Phoenix police report that on June 6, a man was standing in the middle of the street near 35th Avenue and Buckeye Road.
The man, identified as 21-year-old Jonathan Rojas, reportedly racked the bolt, arming his AK-47 and pointing it at several people, including two children under that age of 15.
The children were frightened and ran away.
Police arrested Rojas after seeing surveillance video of the incident.
He has been charged with aggravated assault and has been given a $75,000 cash bond.
