Police say a woman chased down an attacker who used a Taser on her and stabbed her.

Phoenix police report that on August 7, Saul Garcia, 28, allegedly used a Taser on his ex-girlfriend's aunt in the neck and arm. He also reportedly cut her in the chin with a box cutter.

The assault occurred near 31st and Peoria avenues, outside a business.

The victim then pulled out a knife of her own and chased Garcia to an apartment complex around the corner. Garcia was arrested there by police.

Police say the victim required several stitches to her chin. What led up to the attack has not been released.

Garcia has been charged with aggravated assault.
