Mesa residents returned home to find a woman sitting on the roof of their home late last month. She had Molotov cocktails with her at the scene.

Mesa Police report that on July 26 they were called to a home near University Drive and Alma School Road. They were told by the residents that a woman, later identified as 41-year-old Sandra Marlene Winokur, was sitting on their roof.

She reportedly came down and was walking around a truck with flat tires. When police arrived, they contacted Winokur who admitted to being at the house, but not on the roof. Police noticed a knife sticking out of the side of Winokur's shoe.

Police say Winokur had a bicycle and in the basket of the bike, they found two Molotov cocktails filled with lighter fluid. They also found a bottle of lighter fluid in the basket.

Winokur reportedly told police that they were for "the people following her." She also said she knew how to make them because "her boyfriend is a criminal."

She was arrested for criminal trespassing and criminal damage.
