A man is accused of exposing himself by swimming naked in an apartment complex pool.
Phoenix police report that on Sunday, they arrested 45-year-old Mark Anthony Montopoli at an apartment complex near 26th Street and Indian School Road.
Witnesses told police that Montopoli was found swimming naked in the pool, then came out of the pool, touching himself in front of tenants.
Police tried to arrest Montopoli, but he ran from police, closing a gate on officers.
Police say it took multiple officers to place Montopoli in custody.
He was arrested for assaulting an officer, criminal trespassing and multiple counts of indecent exposure.
