PHOENIX — On November 9, Phoenix police arrested Marco Huertasresto, 21, for allegedly having sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl.
Court records show that on multiple occasions, Huertasresto and the girl had sexual contact in the stairwell of an apartment complex near 35th Avenue and Thunderbird Road.
Police say Huertasresto also sent sexually explicit photos of himself to the girl via Instagram, where they also allegedly exchanged sexually explicit conversations.
Some of the messages were reportedly shared with the police by the victim’s mother.
Huertasresto is being held on a $150,000 bond on multiple counts of sexual conduct with a minor, sexual abuse, and furnishing obscene materials to a minor.
