A man on pre-trial release for having sex with a girl under the age of 18 has been arrested again, for the same offense with a different juvenile.
Phoenix police report that Jorge Luis Ruiz Gutierrez, 20, was arrested on March 14 at his home in north Phoenix, near 24th Street and Bell Road.
The mother of a pre-teen girl contacted police after finding out about her daughter's sexual relationship with Gutierrez.
Gutierrez was on pre-trial release after an arrest in September of last year, for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
He is now being held without bond on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor and is set to go to trial for the first offense in May.
