PHOENIX — A man has been arrested, accused of urinating in the dining area of a central Phoenix McDonald's.

Phoenix police report that on June 19 they responded to a McDonald's restaurant near 7th Ave and Indian School for a report of a man urinating in the dining area.

Police found 31-year-old Daniel Nathan Reagan laying on a table. A "large puddle of liquid" was on the table and floor, police say.

Several witnesses, including three children under the age of 12, told police they were "grossed out" and couldn't finish their meals.

Reagan was arrested for indecent exposure.
