CHANDLER, AZ — A man has been arrested, accused of stealing nearly $8,000 in baby formula and electronics from Valley Target stores, since October.

Chandler police report that from October 2018 until January 21 two suspects stole baby formula and electronics from seven Valley Target stores.

The stores were located in Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa and Scottsdale.

Police say 23-year-old Joshua Joseph Curlin and another accomplice would typically take a large plastic container and fill it with baby formula, gaming systems and vacuums.

While one suspect distracted employees at the store's entrance the other would push the cart out of the building.

Police say the total value of the items taken is over $7,000.

Curlin is being held without bond and has been charged with several counts of theft.
