SCOTTSDALE, AZ — A man has been arrested after police say he secretly recorded two women in their Scottsdale hotel room.

Scottsdale police report that on Friday they were contacted by two women who said they found a phone set on record mode in their hotel room.

Police responded to the Three Palms Resort near Scottsdale and McDowell roads. There they met two women who allegedly told them that earlier they meet some guys at the hotel pool. They later all hung out in the women's second floor hotel room.

After agreeing to meet the guys later, the men left the room as the women showered and changed.

The women noticed a phone propped up against the television in record mode. The phone contained two videos which the victims watched and reportedly saw themselves naked in the hotel room.

Police later interviewed 21-year-old Anthony Horvath, who allegedly admitted to placing the phone in the room in record mode.

Police say Horvath may have been watching the video live via wi-fi on another phone.

He was arrested for unlawful recording.
