Mesa police are asking for the public's help to find a man who may be responsible for several burglaries in retirement communities.
Mesa Police say that on May 23, a home in a retirement community near Higley Road and Main Street was burglarized while the victim was at a tennis match on the property.
Police say 49-year-old William Donohue was seen in the home. Jewelry that was taken from the house was later found in a public restroom.
Mesa detectives believe Donohue may be involved in similar burglaries in other retirement communities.
Donohue drives a black 2014 GMC Sierra with an Arizona license plate of BJT9025.
Police think he may be going to other adult communities, posing as a contractor or future tenant.
If you see Donohue, call 911. If you have general information about him or his whereabouts, please contact Mesa Police at 480-644-2211.
