A 13-year-old girl was allegedly assaulted by a man in the parking lot of a Glendale swap meet.

Court records show that on June 5, a man exposed himself to a young teenage girl and touched her inappropriately in the parking lot.

Police report that a mother and her 13-year-old daughter were working at the swap meet, near 55th Avenue and Camelback Road, when the mother sent the girl to get something that was forgotten in the car.

The girl reported to police that she was followed to the car by 19-year-old Franco De Jesus Enriquez, who also works a booth at the swap meet.

Enriquez reportedly got in the car with the girl, kissed her and touched her inappropriately. He also allegedly exposed himself to the girl and forced her to touch him.

The girl was able to pull away from Enriquez and tell her mother what happened.

Police arrested Enriquez, who allegedly admitted to kissing the girl, but denied that anything else happened.

Enriquez is facing charges of indecent exposure and aggravated assault on a minor.
